Ace of Pentacles
This is a gift from God in money, happiness, prosperity, abundance and joy. Notice the gray sky, so you may be unaware of the good fortune around you at first. The grass and bushes are green with abundance. All you have to do is take the gold road ahead of you, perhaps take a small risk and get on with your life. There are many good opportunities before you on this road, but if you never set out on it, you will never know which opportunities you let go by. The blue mountains to the right are your happiness and joy, serenity and calmness that are coming into focus. There is much clarity of thought and purpose, especially in material possessions. Your goals will be fulfilled.

Two of Pentacles
Just looking at this card brings to mind the image of balance. Notice how the man is trying desperately to balance his money and skills. Perhaps he is also trying to balance tradition in his life with new ways of our time, and could be in search or grounding and security in all things. He is dressed in red and beige with green shoes. the red, especially in his hat, denotes that he is even thinking of his desire to get to his goal. He wants and needs to know that he will have the freedom and ability to do what he has to so that his goals will be accomplished. The beige tunic represents his centeredness and groundedness as he tries to balance the things in his world they are not. The sky is clear blue behind him with no clouds. Things will work out for him in a very positive manner, but notice the water. There are rolling waves, which indicates an emotional roller coaster ride. The ships are not sinking, but coasting over the water, up and down continuously. He is alternating feet on the solid cement ground, which can put him off balance. He must have both feet on the ground simultaneously for things to work out as he had hoped.

Three of Pentacles
How many people does it take to make a team and what is a team player? It seems as if it is a good time to work with others and combine your knowledge. The architecture, priest and mason seem to be cooperating nicely and will have a job well done. However, look at the background. Why is it black? Is negativity lurking? Something up ahead that is unclear or not spelled out properly. The priest is dressed in black that usually indicates negativity and conflict, however; in this case I think it would stand for hidden knowledge and things that are not supposed to be known. The architect in red and gold indicates his desire to be helpful and to aid in the building of this church, although he is totally covered with his robes, so perhaps things are not as they seem. The mason, or worker (client) is dressed in several colors. He has the black to conceal him, the gold to be grounded and logical and the blue tights to have a serene and calming effect around him. He wants things to go smoothly. However, he is standing on a bench and doesn't look too concerned about his safety. If he takes one step without looking, he may fall and get hurt. If he pays attention to the details and works with others in a concerted effort for positive results, the outcome he seeks will be positive, enduring and abundant.

Four of Pentacles
You are thinking of abundance, your money, prosperity, if there is enough money, security and perhaps even skill left in your life. You are holding onto your material possessions and even standing on them for fear they make elude you if you are not "on top of them." You are dressed in black, red and a stripe of blue! The red shows your desire to have a great deal of wealth and not to squander your money. The black is perhaps keeping the wealth "under wraps" or there may be some hidden secrets to your wealth and the blue stripe indicates the joy and happiness you will feel when you feel comforted and safe. The gray sky behind makes the future unclear, foggy, beyond your understanding or reach. You feel safer holding onto your money during this period. All the houses of the city are behind you. Remember, when there are houses or castles in a card, they represent love, happiness, peace and joy. But they aren't going to do one bit of good if you don't see them. Turn around and see all the happiness and security you need. Don't be so self-absorbed. The cement grounding your feet is interrupted by the Pentacles under your feet. You may not be as grounded or centered as you think you are.

Five of Pentacles
These poor souls are walking through the snow in bare feet and tattered clothing. They look sad, depressed, lonely and abandoned. The white snow of honesty, trust, naive, pureness and hope is being trudged through and seems nothing more than a burden. The black background denotes the hopelessness of their situation, the conflict and negativity, but make note that the snow scattered throughout the card brings hope and the possibility of better times to come "if they grab the opportunities." The stained glass window of the church suggests that prayer, meditation or getting back to your God/Goddess and realign yourself with their energies for happiness and a peace of mind. Prosperity will come if you follow the positive suggestions/energies around you. The woman is covering her green "abundant" garb and the small blue sash, which represents the happiness, and good fortune that she feels was taken away from her. The beige is a very grounding/centering color, and although she may be trying to do the right thing or find help, she is uncertain how to attain her goal. The man can hardly stand on his own two feet; one is covered with a shoe, the other is bare. He tries to cover himself with happiness, but it is covering his black pants of "negativity and conflict" that he has a hard time keeping his clarity or focus.

Six of Pentacles
This many times can be used as a balance card. One needs balance. Here we have a very generous and rich gentleman giving out money (prosperity) to the poor. He is standing on solid, cement ground and his feet are planted firmly on it. He is wearing the green boots of abundance, the red cloak of desire, assertiveness and positive attitude which is covering the honor, trust and reliability of the white stripes in his undergarment as well as the happiness and focus and clarity of the blue stripes in the tunic. He holds a scale in one hand representing justice and fairness while giving away money with his other hand. The gray sky adds to the uncertainty of the situation. The one beggar is happy to get the riches while the other seems to be forgotten at the present time. Even though there are castles in the background (a place that the gentleman obviously lived), neither of the beggars is looking in that direction. One is covering himself in a gold cape, the other in blue. One is grounded and happy at the moment while the other will be happy and have clarity and sense of purpose IF he is patient and waits his turn. This card usually represents not being greedy or impatient and the money, abundance and prosperity you wish for, will come to you.

Seven of Pentacles
Here we have a farmer daydreaming on his green bushes underneath a gray sky full of questions, uncertainty and fogginess. He looks as if he has decided not to tend his garden because his daydreams are very important to him. He seems centered and grounded with his beige tunic covering up his past desires and thoughts of being happy, secure and serene. He remembers when times were better, perhaps with more money. He regrets not being in that time now and is not paying too much attention to the one lone pentacle below him. The bush is green and alive with abundance, but in this instance, it may just represent the good and abundant thoughts he is having to a better time period in his life. The mountains in the right background indicate that he is very close to his goal in this lifetime, but he has refused to see it or take advantage of the opportunities. He is standing on the serenity at the moment and not paying particular attention that the ground beneath him has little green in it.

Eight of Pentacles
Here is a skilled artisan working on many things. He has lined up his Pentacles on a mighty oak tree in the hopes of seeing all his accomplishments before him. He is currently focused on only one job or situation and not paying particular attention to anything else at the moment, including the castle behind him. Only his work is important. His feet in red shoes are not planted firmly on the ground and show an aggressive nature or ability to be a leader and do what he thinks is right. He may even do things that others disapprove of since he feels he is the best judge of his own future. The gray sky confuses the situation. It is making him not see things clearly. The black tattered jacket over his blue skirt is adding confusion, negativity and despair to the situation. Perhaps this person is alone and work is all that he has in his life. the gold earth is grounding for him, but he has to learn how to accept another's point of view or listen to Nature. He is not seeing his happiness and needs time away from his current position or job to get his life in order or on the path that he was destined to be on.

Nine of Pentacles
You should use your intelligence and common sense when dealing with money because the sky is all yellow without clouds. You have enough of it, but are a little afraid to lose it so you are holding it down in the lush green orchard of grapes bearing "fruit" or "fruitfulness." The green leaves represent abundance and prosperity. The two trees on either side of the woman shows a need for balance and the mountains stretch across the whole background indicating that things will go exactly as you have planned. Notice the house in the card? She is also standing on golden level ground indicating that she has the ability to be logical and analytical in her financial dealings has much wisdom. Houses/castles always indicate love, happiness, prosperity and joy. Unfortunately the mistress is not looking at the house at this moment, but worrying about her financial situation. Should she send the falcon off on an adventure to see what he can bring back to her. (The falcon can indicate risks with money). If she is careless, there will have been more money in her past (left side of her) than her future (right side of her).

Ten of Pentacles
This is a very interesting card since there is so much going on in it. We have half of a bridge indicating that things are not yet resolved or finished. It is gray indicating that there are unclear matters to be resolved or the situation is "foggy" at best. We have a couple looking in different directions and have totally different points of view about many things. The man is looking at the houses in the city and wants to be there; he wants a better or happier home life. The woman is looking away from the city for her contentment and desires by venturing out of her familiar surroundings. She feels there will be more money or opportunities "out there." The dogs represent Fido, or fidelity. The little child is greatly attached to the older or wiser person or is attracted to older people. The older person is covered by an embellished cape of green and red representing abundance and desires for abundance and prosperity. It may also represent her/his opinions of money and how to invest it wisely. The woman is in all red appropriately she desires to get out of the city and make a mark on the world. She wants excitement and new ventures. The man is grounded by his beige tunic and feels a sense of security and stability with his point of view and his blue cape adds to his sensitivity and calmness regarding this matter. The sky is clear blue so there is |

Page of Pentacles
Here we have a young man who is intently looking upon a pentacle or material possessions. He is wondering how to make more, how to keep what he has, what fate does money hold for him in the future? He is dressed in green, red and beige. The green tunic represents his prosperity and abundance while the beige indicates he is grounded and very stable in his dealings and views of money. His red hat shows us that he has a sincere desire to SUCCEED in his new business venture or adventure with finances. The yellow sky takes up most of the card so the indication is that he is really thinking about the future with his finances in a very logical and analytical manner. The trees on the left of the card and the luscious green grass he is standing in reflects his prosperity, while the blue mountains on the right indicate he is coming to the ending of his goals and wishes. |

Knight of Pentacles
Here is a Knight looking over his land (or hard work before him), concentrating on his money issues and taking the time to really think them through. His workhorse has stopped in his unsown pasture and the Knight or worker is trying to figure out what to plant. The yellow sky indicates he is doing very analytical and logical thinking about his future with finances and perhaps how to make more money. He could be thinking of how the money can help his dreams come true. He can sow anything he wishes with the right attitude and foresight. His armor shows that he is ready for a fight if needed, but his demeanor on the horse indicates that he doesn't appear in a fighting mode. He is relaxed, laid back and contemplating his options. the black horse might indicate negativity or forces that stand in his way, but being his harnesses are in red, I assume the horse is as anxious as he to get on to his next pasture and on his way to a positive conclusion. Notice the small mountains on the left...things have not come to fruition yet. In fact, things are still being planned. |

Queen of Pentacles
Here the Queen is sitting on a cement throne. What a nice position to be in since no one will be able to knock you out of it and your feet seem firmly planted on the ground. You are contemplating your money situation, which is usually very good or is improving. You are a very generous person and may be thinking of how to help your family or friends who are in dire straights. The clear yellow sky behind her indicates her mental abilities and aptitudes. She is a very intelligence person thinking about her options in life. She has red roses bushes and the green leaves crowning her head showing a rich future with prosperity and abundance. the serene blue mountains stretch across this card indicating that things have turned out just as you had anticipated, a nice feeling, especially since you’ve planned so well for it. Your feet are in lush multi-colored vegetation specifying that there is a lot of abundance, grounding, stability and security in this position. It would be a difficult choice to move out of this position. She is dressed in red and green, again the colors of desire and abundance. The white blouse indicates her purity, trustworthiness and loyalty to her family and friends regarding the money situation. And yet, her yellow crown points out that she will be an extremely logical person regarding this matter. |

King of Pentacles
Another throne of cement. This man is very courageous and strong, abundant and wise. He holds the pentacle in his grasp and yet with the other hand holds a scepter focusing the powers of the universe down to the earth. He is dressed in a very colorful and fruitful robe of growing grapes and greenery. He is secure, knowing, confident, has a great deal of integrity and pride in his accomplishments. The castle in the right background indicates his happiness, love, prosperity and joy accomplished. The blue waterfall to his left indicates his sensitivity and emotions, which seem balanced at the present time. He is a considerate King and cares about his subjects. The black throne may have had some dark, past secrets; however, he is on top of the situation and handling them very logically and methodically with the yellow clear sky above him. |
