Card of the Week

King of Wands

COMPLETED YOUR TASK: You have completed the task at hand and are glorious in your victory of the suit and its implications. You have completed the task you started as the Page and are now a master in that area of life and are set to move forward to new adventures and goals.

The Old King is looking into the past or the wrong direction, holding onto a wand in the past so we know that he is as far as he can go in his career/schooling/retirement, etc. Notice the lovely clear blue sky, the yellow colored cement throne and geckos on the throne. Notice there is a small black animal in the future, which he does not notice at this time. Small black animals mean there are secrets or negativity in his future, which he must face, but doesn’t see it at this time. His red/orange garment gives him ambition, passion and stability while the cape of yellow lends him intelligence and logic and the green is attracting prosperity and abundance. It could be that he’s had these things and now is considering how to keep them. His yellow crown indicates that he is an intelligent person, while his red hair suggests he can have a bit of a temper or is very assertive. He needs to face the future so that his “goals and objective” mountains can be formed.
