They are waving Wands which indicates careers or new positions are up for grabs but the Querent is the only one who is different (or the only one with the proper qualifications). Don't worry if this card comes up in a reading and you are going for a new job because this indicates you will get the job that you really want, just be patient and confident. Your desire as shown by your red outfit is passionate, assertive, dominant and secure. You are standing on uneven ground although your footing seems to be better than the rest of the figures shown. The sky is clear blue showing that nothing will stand in your way and the result will bring clear sailing, harmony and peace. Be assured that the Five of Wands will be lucky for you and that you will overcome any obstacles that you may encounter. It is very important to realize that the main character in the card is looking to the Future, or to the right of the card, so we know he is going in the proper direction with whichever decision about work or school he makes.
