Dear Vikki:

I'm writing to thank you for a wonderful course you tutored recently for Feng Shui Basics.  I certainly learned so many interesting aspects of the ancient art and learned how important it is to keep energy moving throughout my home.  I have taken the first steps to slow down escaping chi from my very "open" house, by placing mirrors and crystals in these areas.

I would like to share with you an incident which I'm sure will interest your many readers and students.  In our second lesson, you advised us to place a clear glass vase, with a wide open top, in our "wealth" area.  You told us to place money into the vase and place this onto a mirror and cover with a red cloth.  I didn't quite follow all these instructions initially, but did put $50 in the vase.  Six days later, I had to pay my credit card account on-line and had quite a shock when I logged on and found I had far more money than I expected.  Thinking the bank had made an error and I was to return the money, it was still a great surprise nevertheless.  Fortunately, there was a simple reason for my good fortune.  Two banks had merged and consolidated my accounts into one, but the better news was, I had been given remuneration for the banks combining.  I was absolutely delighted and immediately thought of the "money vase" in my wealth corner.  I know sometimes there are no explanations or reasons why things happen, but I'm certain the $50 I placed in my wealth corner was the catalyst for my good fortune.  I will now place the mirror and red cloth in their rightful position under the vase and hope that by getting it right this time, there may be some extra wealth in store.  Thank you.
