People have been meditating or teaching meditation for thousands of years to help people reduce their stress levels and increase their levels of well being and good health.
Today I am so excited, because on August 4, the Time Magazine contained an article wherein it is said that scientists are studying Meditation and doctors now recommend it, why, because it works. Scientists now have the tools to research what happens in the brain during meditation. Relaxation increases, conscious thought and sensory input decrease, helping to person to feel at one. It trains the mind It helps depression. A study at Cambridge University determined that chronically depressed patients need far fewer medications and people on anxiety medication eventually may be off medication all together after meditating for several weeks. Meditation is great for stress reduction and studies at the University of Mass. Medical Center came up with so many illnesses that benefited through the healing power of meditation, prostate cancer, AIDS, pain management. It seems that the better the meditation technique, the healthier the immune system.
They even go one step further, they also mention that meditation involving guided imagery helps people greatly with cancer and tumors. That is so interesting. Because in hypnosis we have been using these visualization techniques for years with great success. It is my belief that meditation is passive hypnosis and hypnosis is active meditation. Anytime during meditation when visualizations or positive suggestions are added it becomes Hypnosis, which repairs and retrains the brain even faster. I am so happy that scientists are finally confirming what we have known for a long time. Meditation and Hypnosis are great tools. By affirming that Meditation is a great tool for positive change, they have also acknowledged that Hypnosis is even more helpful.

In this course we will discover together his life, his teachings. It will be a journey together. What you will hear here is my truth as of today…..
The outline is as follows IT is said that all souls have the same origin and 5the same destiny. It is in between that we are developing in a certain way depending on the missions and commitments we have chosen.
In order to grasp the importance, true picture and meaning of this great avatar, this world teacher, we have to consider the purpose and journey of this master soul from its first incarnation on this planet, once we understand the vastness of his journey then we can appreciate the man Jesus.
What is an avatar? An avatar is a perfected soul who volunteers for a special purpose to appear on this planet when there is a need for the evolution of souls, raising of vibrations, according to the need of mankind. Then they withdraw into the spirit world by ascension (taking their physical body with them)They are world teachers and saviors. There have been many avatars before Jesus, Buddha, Plato, Zoroaster, Krishna etc.
According to Edgar Casey, the oversoul that we know as Jesus returned as Jesus to complete the mission he had begun eons ago out of love for humanity and for this planet. Supposedly the mission is not complete because mankind has not progressed the way it was supposed to. Therefore some people feel that there will be a second coming, not necessarily in physical form.
According to Edgar Casey, this mastersoul coming from a different solar system accepted the mission to help mankind on this planet advance and raise his vibrations.
We will focuse briefly on some of the incarnations on this planet according to Glenn Sanderfur and E.C. 2. He was also a healer in Atlantis about 60.000 B.C. using universal energies to raise man's vibrations to a spiritual level
3. Around 20,000 B.C.. he returned as a black pol.itical and spirutla leader in Ethiopia
4. In about 12,000 B.C. he was in Peru using all healing arts and laws of the universal one. Kuctlecotal and was responsible for some of the air strips that we all know.
5. Enoch, he wrote the book of Enoch, mysteries of the universe revealed
6. Zend: the father of Zoroaster in Persia, who founded the Zoroastrian religion. The Z. bible contains philosophies and spiritual teachings from Zend. Zend Avesta. Z. and Judaism are very similar, pre Christian tinge. Baptism, circumcision, mass, communion, bread and wine. They had angels and archangels, and like the Jews they expected a Messiah to arrive born of a virgin, visited by three magis.

Glenn also thought he was Melchizedek. I believe that Melchizedek was a Christ but not the same soul as Jesus.
So that is the background of this soul.
Now we have to look at the time this avatar, this messiah is born into.
The world is looking for a savior. Let's go to Palestine and just imagine the life and the peopole of that time. Close your eyes and get the feeling.
Palestine was a country of many peoples, languages and religions, a melting pot There was nor peace nor harmony, lot of strife. Jerusalem was a heathen district with many people worshipping several gods. So we have the heathen population
Then there is a gentile population, anything that is non jewish. Greeks, supposedly of low moral standards, glorifying the body itself. Then the Samaritans, intermarriage of jews and conquerors. Then we have the jewish population with Herod the king, who was a mixture of jewish and gentile. The jewish religion is divided into many sects and subsects, some more progressive, reforming the jewish religion. The jews did not dominate politically. They were separatists. I read a book ontheir heritage and grouip Karma and was astonished that they have always been separatists. As long as they treat themselves in a separate way they will be persecuted.
Then we have the romans, the conquerors and reulers over Palestine. They wre cruel and hated by all. Crime and vice were rampant, Herod was very cruel.
Then we have the essenes. Tkhey were the most spiritual and highly evolved and most educated people in the area of this world. They belonged to the great white Brotherhood and are supposedly today's rosicrucians. They wre in different countries and in each they assumed a different name. They wre devoted to humanitarian practices. Many of them were physicians and healers. The Nazarenes were a branch of the essenes. The essenes were active in Palestine, India and Egypt for several centuries before Christianity. They had very strict schooling, preparing themselves for the four initiations, spiritual teachings. The first initiation occurred at 21. They had to donate all their worldly possessions to the brotherhood, lead a simple life, wore a white robe with belt and sandals, also called the brethren in white clothing. Had beautiful auras, communal living.
Taught that God is a principle not a person.
Politically they supposed the royal David family, The David dynasty lost the throne in 500 B.C. the essenes wanted to restore the David family. Heli Jacob, the father of Joseph was from the bloodline of King David.
So everyone was waiting for somebody to straighten out this mess.
It is important though to know that Jesus did not come for the jews, he came for the whole world. He embraced all teachings of every world religion, Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian and the Indian Vedas.
So how would this avatar arrive here?
We have to talk about his parents. We already know that Joseph was an essene, a prince by birth. He was a widower, a bit older than Mary. I don't quite know how they got together. Supposedly a white dove rested on his head when they asked who would be the father of this messiah….
Mary was also an essene. Her father was Joachin the High Priest in the temple outside of Jerusalem, called Helios. In the temples they always had 12 doves (12 virgins) mostly of the High Priests, since it was a great honor. At the age of 12 they were given to the temple and did service, helped the community, learned etc.
Mary was born in the sign of libra, very mature for her age. She was called the Dove of Helios. It had been prophecied that the Messiah would be born to a virgin. So they asked for a sign as to through which he could come. A dove manifested and she was looked upon as the chosen channel.
The virgin birth stirs a lot of controversy. I would like to present two sides of this possibility. 2. In the essene community among the high ranking pppulation there was a long engagement period. Sex was forbidden during this time. Then a trial marriage ceremony took place, where they were permitted to have sex. When the woman was three months pregnant the permanent marriage took place. Divorce was forbidden. So on every marriage the woman was three months pregnant. If the woman was one of the 12 virgins, she was still a virgin during her engagement, until she was married and no longer could be a virgin. Mary seems to have conceived before the trial marriage. So she was still a virgin. Then Joseph still had to have a trial marriage of three months. They only married when Mary was 6 months pregnant. That is why Jesus was never considered to be the ruler. It was James, the second child who was the crown prince.
It was advantageous of the people who wrote the new testament to take advantage of the virgin birth because the pagans worshipped the cult of the virgin Diana. Early Christians had to compete in many places with paganism and goddess religions. So Mary became for many a goddess, the mother of Heaven.
So not that we have the parents, where was Jesus born? Not in Nazarth, It did not exist at the time when he was born. Only 300 AC. Was a town given the name of Nazareth, when they looked for a place.
He also was not a Nazarene, he was an essene,
It is also interesting that he only spoke Hebrew as a last resortr. Most of his teachings were done in greek.
When was he born? The reason the winter solstice was the cosmic period for the birth of avatars we do not know. December 25th was a religious festival in India. People decorated their home, giving gifts. In Chin, December 24 and 25 also were holy days. Egypt for many centuries celebrated Dec. 25 as birthday of several of their gods. 25th is also a cosmic birthday of laws and principles.
Where was he born? We know that he was born in one of the essene places, or grottos in Carmel. They usually had between 10 and 20 rooms, reception room, dining room. They were very well planned, a hospice to receive and care for people. It seems that Mary was in the Grotto three days before giving birth. The 3 magis apparently were told that he would be born when a comet when through the sky, they went to Carmel, registered the birth and left instructions on how to bring him up. His name then was Joseph. It was predicted that one day he would be called Jesus. One was from Egypt, one from Persia.
When he was between one and two they had to flee, Joseph had become more powerful and Herod in the last year of his life was afraid of him since he was a contender to the throne. Herod even had his wife killed so she could not survive him and take over. Herod died in 4 A.D. and a brother was born named James, the legal crown prince.
It seems that Jesus had a normal childhood. He was taught by the essenes according to the rosicrucians he studied at the school of prophets at Mt. Carmel. Eventually Mary had two more children, Ruth and Jude. The family lived in Capernaum. They were not poor, being the center. Many people were part of their entourage.
Jesus understood the spiritual principles, his insight into them and spiritual law laws surprising. He learned the laws underlying everything. He just knew. As everyone had to, In his 13th year he was presented in the temple in Jerusalem. As we know he baffled all the rabbis with his knowledge
From 12 to 16 he studied with a personal teacher called Judy at the same school. Time had come for him to start his preparation as a world teacher. Studying ancient religions and teachings that had been influential in the development of civilization. In our time this can be done at a university. In his time it was necessary to journey to the seat of each of the ancient religions where he might have access to copies of the authentic versions of each religion. He lived among the people, become acquainted with the rituals, tenets, So two magis journeyed with him and a hole entourage, food tents, in was a long process. It took about a year to reach Sind and underway they instructed him. He was to become a great yogi.
The first religion he learned was the Jain religion in Sind. He lived among the jains. They practice non violence, peace and love, vegetarians, doing good, devoted to humanity, value life, loving animals. Different from Mosaic Law, the jews would sacrifice animals to the god. Oxen, Israelites sacrificing animals to God was relating to God. Very different. Also respecting woman as an equal. Jews do not. Special, mother of the universe. He later was very much helping the woman. Also, he learned to go within, living in solitude. Inner purification, meditating in solitude they practice celibacy.
Next religion was Hinduism Also learned Exorcism, driving out evil spirits Studied natural laws, Hindu method of healing, healing by prayer. Became a teacher and learned to teach using parables or stories s he did later on. The hindus loved him, he taught a lot. Was there for six years. His father died while he was there and he sent a letter home to his mother. It apparently seems to be the only writing of his that is preserved…
"Beloved mother, be not grieved. For all is well for father as with you. He has completed his present work here on earth and has done so nobly. None in any walk of life can charge him with deceit, dishonesty, nor wrong intention in his period of life here he has completed many great tasks and is gone from our midst truly prepared to solve the problems that await him in the future. Our God, the father of all of us is with him now as he was with him heretofore. But even now, the heavenly hosts guard his footsteps and protect him on his way. Therefore, why should you weep and suffer. Tears will not conquer your grief and your sorrow cannot be vanquished by any emotion of your heart or mind. Let your soul be busy in meditation and contact with him who is gone. And if you art not idle, there will be no time for grief. When grief throbs through the heart and anguish causes you pain, permit yourself to rise to higher planes and indulge in the ministry of love. Your ministry has always been that of love and in the brotherhood you canst find many opportunities to answer the call of the world for more love. Therefore, let the past remain the past. Rise above the cares of earthly things and give your life to those who still live with us here on earth. When your life is done, you will find it again in the morning sun, or even in the evening dew, as in the song of birds, the perfume of the flowers and the mystic lights of the stars at night. For it will not be long before your problems and toils here on earth will be solved also. And when all is counted and arranged, you will be ready for greater fields of effort and prepared to solve the greater problems of the soul. Try then to be content until I come to you soon and bring to you higher gifts than any you have ever seen. Greater than those made of gold or precious stones. I am sure that by brothers will care for you and supply your needs and I am always with you in mind and spirit. your son, Joseph."
He had been teaching the Untouchables, the priests, the Brahmins became very upset. They wanted him to live in splendor and teach the upper class. He refused….. He said God makes no difference among his children. The Brahmins were afraid of a rebellion and decided to put him to death. But he had already left. His unconditional love for all people, sick, the poor, the sinners was with him always from the beginning.
Next was Buddhism Many similarities between Jesus and Buddha. Both renounced their heritage, moneyh and position, concerned about the poor and sick. Had 12 apostles. Meditated under a fib tree. Were idolized and worshipped ahtough they never wanted this. Their practices and principles were put into dogma about 300 years after their deaths, never wanted this either.
He taught in the Bazaars, he healed and taught people how to heal. They loved him. Said, that which I am all men will be. Taught not to slaughter animals, not to steal, not to cheat. He apparently did not like priests. Said that nations should be ruled by the natural laws and preserved the purity of their soul. There was a temple near Lassa with a wealth of manuscripts where he studied. He talked a lot about reincarnation. He said that singers in one life time could not possibly accumulate the quality of voice. He believed that miracles made their appearance from the very day the world was created, in the law of nature. Because all things take place as a result of natural laws.
He left Tibet and journeyed through pagan Territory, where he told them to leave their idols, not to worships anything that was visible. One invisible God.
Wherever he went he infuriated the priests. He was chased away everywhere. All the time he was instructed by the magi. He was taking the initiations.
He crossed into Persia, at that time Iran, Iraq and more. Into the heart of the Zoroastrian religion. Arrangements had been made by one of the Magi and other wise men from Persia came there to instruct him. He comprehended the higher principles through inspiration. Entered into silence. That is how he got his information. He demonstrated considerable healing power. Faith or mental attitude and attunement of the patient were an important part. It was the foundation for the later teachings about inner or psychic attunement and mental preparation necessary in all forms of healing. Healing of the highest order, raising the vibrations of the patient, allow the body to heal itself.
Many of the Zoroastrian tenets have a pre Christian tinge, baptism, Mass, Communion, bread and wine, prophesy, one God, invisible. Zoroaster also began his ministry at the age of 30. After the establishment of Christianity the Zoroastrians simply became Christians.
After one year he went to Euphrates. His healing powers and methods were becoming perfect. Studied Alchemy, changing one substance to another, water into wine, which is a yogi practice, or minerals into gold. Learned how to project heat and fire from his hands. Also learned the use of herbs. Very popular, again, the priests were concerned with his popularity, had him arrested. Said that Zoroaster is the only God here. How can you talk about another. They conducted him out of the country
Then Egypt. Learning center at Heliopolis, 6 miles north east of Cairo, not far from the pyramids. Ready for the 4th initiation. He was a yogi. Had to be alone for three months in meditation and prayer and study. Any of the masters would contact him in a psychic sense. Was given many rare manuscripts with ancient doctrines. There were three tests,
1. At night, a priest came to him told him to leave Egypt since the priests were planning to take his life. He refused. Lesson: Sincerity
2. Messenger appeared said he was a master there was corruption, false gods,
urged him to stop. Refused. Lesson: Justice
3. Priest approached, flattering him, asking him to overthrow all the other priesthood for power and money. Refused. Lesson Faith
Finally it was time for the fourth initiation in the pyramid He then ascended to the Queen's chamber. More learning went on with his masters and his initiators. At the end, he had to hang on a cross for 9 hours wrapped onto it on a pedestal, a symbolic hanging. Representing the cruzifiction experience. The spirit restricted by matter, restrictions and renunciations to reach spiritual growth. That was part of the lessons at that time. A period of despair, preparation of the next period of growth into light.
After the Queen's chamber he went through the grand gallery into the anti chamaber, crawl through an opening into the King's chamber, where the final ceremony took place. He was left for 3 days and nights in the sarcophagus in suspended animation, symbolizing death and rebirth. It takes 3 days for the soul to slumber until it is reborn on the higher planes. Guards were placed outside the King's chamber to guard him, and a master was with him overseeing the process. Apparently he went through the process in the King's chamber twice, as a rehearsal for his death.
Afterwards there was a period of meditation with the masters and teachers A white dove descended and rested on his head. An angelic figure said, This is Jesus the Christ. He had now attended Christhood, meaning one with God, as it was prophesied to Mary and was called Jesus from then on..
Then they had a supper in the Hall below. The following day messengers were sent in all directions to every l and to proclaim the coming of the savior and his mission of redemption.
John, the Baptist who took the initiation before Jesus, went ahead to Palestine to announce the coming of the Christ. He was baptizing people in the River Jordan to be purified. People were very excited.
Times were very tumultuous. Rebellion against Rome was going on everywhere that had nothing to do with Jesus. Tiberius now 74 was full of corruption. Pontius Pilate continued his persecution of the jews and was hated. They announced Jesus as the King of God., the messiah. Everyone hoped he would free them from the foreign domination, hoping that the David empire would be revived. Especially the Essenes and Nazarenes hoped that he would take over. So when Jesus finally arrived he submitted to baptism by John the Baptist nd his official Christhood and mission started. Apparently a brilliant aura enveloped him and the white dove sat on his shoulder. From then on his aura was even bigger and whenever he was around, the heat was incredible around him. Just like Buddha. It is said that Buddha's aura was 3 miles wide. And he would light up a room just with his aura, just as Jesus did. So at 30 he started his ministry which lasted three years.
Jesus was received in Jerusalem triumphantly. He was celebrated as a king of God. However, the masses expected something more wordly in nature. They wanted Jesus to lead the state of Israel, to build the Kingdom of God in the form of a new State of Israel. That was not his intention. So, he disappointed a lot of the people.
For his first serman he went to Capernaum, his home. His sister Ruth was standing by him and worried about him. So he was preaching wherever he could.
He always spoke of hope. He preferred to speak to the masses. He did not like the priests, the government. He did not want to join them. You must find the Kingdom of Heaven within and then go without and help the more unfortunate ones. He never said: We are sons of evil, born in sin, living in sin. We can only attain the Kingdom of Heaven when we are born again. He never said that.
He was not a strict Essene like John the Baptist. He always did his own thing. Did not want to follow any doctrine.
He was healing people. He did the highest healing of all. He raised the vibrations of a body by connecting his own thoughts with those of divine mind. Raising the vibrations of his own body, he was able to raise the vibrations of the other body. Erase the faulty image from the mind, come into the perfection of the body and imperfection was erased. Forgive the cause and the effect disappears. All his healings were on the basis of removing the mental and emotional cause.
He performed what is thought of today as miracles. In these days they were more common and had nothing to do with his mission. Since he was a yogi, he could manifest things. Today we have Sai Baba in India who does all these things. In the bible they speak of a wedding where he changed water into wine.
Today it is thought that is was his own wedding. The Essenes had to marry, especially on his level. So Mary Magdalene that many people think of as a prostitute, was actually his wife. She was from a socially elevated position, a higher soul. It is said that before he was crucified a daughter was born to them. Some people say they had two, some way three children, probably three children.
So for three years, he went around preaching love, that everyone could attain Christhood and do all the things he was doing. He had an entourage and a following wherever he went. He had twelve disciples, all born in a different sign.It was felt that he was stirring up people against the authorities. He did not like the authorities. The government feared him. They feared an uprising. He had to hide. So when he rode on a donkey into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, everyone knew that something was going to happen. It was a provocation. Until now the movement against Rome had been ore or less underground. With Jesus riding in; from the hideout in the mountains, he was given a great ovation by the people. His first words were a strong attack on the authority. He sharply denounced the government. He threw the merchants and money changers out of the temple. Officials could not ignore this. The masses were enthusiastic. The government feared an uprising. During the festivities, the priests thought of a way to destroy him.
It is not quite sure when the last Supper took place. Tuesday evening. It was in an essene place. Vegetarian meal, no sacrificial lamb. S he was arrested on Tuesday. Wednesday interrogation, Thursday interrogated by Pilate, then by Herod. Friday Political trial with Pilate, crowed with thorns, cruzifiction, condemned to death.
There are many theories as to why Jesus was put to death. 2. He angered Herod. Divorce was forbidden in the essene religion. Someone in Herod's family divorced. John the Baptist denounced them as living in sin.
3. Caiphas, the High Priest hated Jesus, informed Rome about him, sent spies to the sermon on the mountain. HE is the one who got the arrest
The story of Judas betraying him does not seem possible. His aura was so brilliant. They needed a traitor to fit the story into the avatar conditions.
He was arrested. Pilate could not find enough evidence to convict him, fearing his own position which was not very popular. He passed the buck to Herod, since Jesus was from Galilee and Herod was responsible for Galilee. Herod, also fearing for his position did not want to be the culprit in this serious affair and sent J. back to Pilate. Pilate gave him to some personal enemies, jews, and they insisted on him being sentenced to death, council of Jewish Elders. However, the fact that he was crucified means that he was put to death by the Romans. Since his crime was against the Roman Empire. Jews did not crucify, they hanged or stoned people.
It is not quite sure where his apostles were during this time. Only John, the youngest was around to help Mary. Some writers feel that they went to Rome for intervention.
After he was raised on the cross, the jews went home to prepare for the holiday, and the gentiles stayed to keep watch. There is a controversy about the last words spoken. "My God why hast thou forsaken me" supposedly is a mistranslation. Instead of Eloi (God) it should be Heloi (Brethren), referring to his apostles at the temple at Helios. They were expected to prevent any unnecessary suffering. He thought that they had left him.
He finally passed out. His spirit left for the spiritual world for three days. His brilliant aura left. After the storm quieted down, they took him down from the cross. It is said that a messenger came with a cancellation from Tiberius obtained by the apostles. He was supposed to put into liberty until more facts could be found. Since they thought he was dead, that was the end of him for the government. He no longer was a threat.
They took him to a burial vault that belonged to an Essene physician. They dressed him into cloth, preparing him for burial. Putting spices on his skin. Put a stone in front of the tomb. While his body healed and regained strength, his soul worked elsewhere as he had done in the pyramid for 36 hours. Then his soul came back into the body. There are several theories as to how he got out of the tomb. One is that he dematerialized as any avatar does, and materialized somewhere else outside of the tomb. That is why the shroud of Turin, the sheet that covered that head has the imprints of his features. The second theory is that the Essenes knew that his soul would be back. Rolled the stone away and found him sitting up, conducted him to a secret hide out.
It is interesting that in the old testament nothing of his political life is preserved, since it was only written in the fourth century. Only the spiritual aspects are preserved.
It is also interesting that nowhere in the early drafts of the apostles or in any discussion of the High Councils of the church was it ever mentioned that he died on the cross. That was added later, because he had to die on the cross to fulfill the prophecy.
For the next 40 days there are many stories regarding his contact with his disciples and others. An avatar is able to project his body to be at two places at one time. During this time he seemed to have looked quite differently physically. His aura was gone. .He attended several suppers or symbolical feastes amont the essenes. At the end of the 40 days, time had come for him to close his public missionary work. His last function was on that evening. He assembled all the apostles on a mountain top outside of Jerusalem, Mount of Olives. At sunset, Jesus appeared in their midth, He then told them what their teaching was all about and established the cosmic attunement for them. He lifted his hands and arms towards the sun and prayed. A great light surrounded him, a mist formed over his head and he ahd gone. His earthly mission was accomplished. He lived out his life with Mary Magdalene and his children. It is not quite known where he lived. Some people feel that he went back to Egypt, some to Turkey. There are people who say that Mary's tomb is in Turkey…
His disciples went to many different places to teach, India, Egypt, Tibet, Rome.
Wherever they taught, they had an enthusiastic crowd. James, his older brother became involved in the church.
As Christianity grow, dogma had to be established for a world wide religion, which he never intended, and church fathers during the first century tried to come up with gospels, There was such a disagreement during these early times, that they decided to get a few of the texts and use them as guidelines. They tried in 140 and again in 200. By this time there was not much left about his political background, all was deleted, since only religious meaning was given to his life.
It is said that only about 21 sayings are truly from him. The rest is invented.
Only in the fourth century was an acceptable dogma put together and at the fifth ecumenical council in 573, it was put together and voted on. The pope was not invited, so that the doctrine on reincarnation was deleted.

I would like you now to imagine yourself on a beautiful island that is surrounded by clear turquoise water. As far as you can see there is water and sand You feel calm and confident.. You are laying in your beach chair right by the beach. It is a sunny spring day, the sky is blue and the sun is shining brightly, warming your body. The water is turquoise, and the waves are flowing back and forth, back and forth. Your feet are touching the warm, soft sand And through the bottom of your feet you are pulling up the nurturing, balancing energy of the earth, it flows upwards and you can feel it relaxing each cell in your body, feel it in your feet, toes and ankles. Feel it flowing into your calves and knees, relaxing the whole area, flowing into your thighs until your legs and feet are completely relaxed, then you can feel this nurturing energy flowing into your abdomen, relaxing, healing and balancing all your organs, flowing into your stomach, coating the inside of your stomach until it feels wonderful, soothing, relaxed. Then it flows into your solar plexus, your chest and heart region, relaxing and balancing every cell. Flowing now into your shoulders and down your arms and fingers. This wonderful energy now flows into your throat and neck relaxing every cell in that area, flowing down your spine, relaxing your back, then flowing into your face, relaxing all the muscles in your face, relaxing your scalp. And you are completely relaxed.
As you are relaxing your mind is so clear and thoughts are coming into it that eventually are becoming part of you. You know that you very special, precious and loved by so many. There is so much love around you at all times. You are loved deeply by your mom, your brothers love you so much. Your sister-in-law loves you and your nana adores you. You are loved by all the members of your family. You know that they all love you unconditionally always. You can feel your heart opening up, receiving and soaking up all this love and caring. How lucky you are to have so many people caring and rooting for you. A beautiful smile is forming on your lips and your heart is filling up all the way to the top with the most beautiful pink light and you feel wonderful and special. Life is good. You have a wonderful, happy destiny ahead. Whatever you do, whatever you undertake will bring you pleasure and happiness You just know that you are unlimited. You can do anything once you put your mind to it. You are a success, you are a winner no matter what you decide to do. You will always do the best you can in any situation.

You are now in front of the waterfall, You feel like stepping under the water. So stand under the waterfall and feel the lukewarm, soft water touching your head, your shoulders and flowing down your body. This water is very special. It takes with it anything that you do not need at this time. You can feel it rolling down your body. It takes away any hesitation, any indecision you may have, any doubts about your future, it just clears away anything that would hinder you to be the very best you can be.
Just feel it, feel yourself getting clearer, getting freer, totally confident. There is a cup right beside you, fill it with this special water and drink it. The moment it enters your body, balancing every cell in your body, you feel vibrant and strong, self assured, self confident, happy and content. You even feel taller, more energized and motivated.. You know you already have everything it takes to be a success You are a winner.The world is yours. Take it.
